Return Policy

Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give a reason or pay a penalty.

How to return a product

To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at Hemvistt@gmail.com, quoting your order number. We will send you the return address and instructions.

The product must be returned to us in its original condition, complete (accessories, instructions) and, if possible, in its original packaging, within 14 days of your withdrawal notice.

Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Refund

A full refund (product and original delivery charges) will be issued within a maximum of 14 days from receipt of the returned product, or proof of its dispatch, using the same payment method used for the order.

Products not eligible for return

For hygiene reasons, products that have been unsealed or whose protective packaging has been opened cannot be returned or exchanged, except in the case of non-conformity or a proven defect.

Defective product

If a product is defective or does not match the order, contact us at Hemvistt@gmail.com: the product will be taken back, exchanged or refunded at no cost to you, in accordance with the legal warranty of conformity (Articles L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the warranty against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code).
