General Terms and Conditions of Sale

Article 1 — Purpose and scope

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale ("Terms") govern the sale of products on the SOLĒN website, currently operated by Nicolas Zerouali (6 Avenue de la Libération, 92350 Le Plessis-Robinson — Hemvistt@gmail.com), on behalf of UrbanCart (SASU), which is in the process of being registered with the French Trade and Companies Register. Placing an order on the site constitutes unreserved acceptance of these Terms.

Article 2 — Products and prices

The products offered for sale are those listed on the site on the day you visit it, subject to availability. Prices are shown in euros, inclusive of all taxes. The seller reserves the right to change prices at any time, it being understood that the price shown on the day the order is placed is the only price applicable to the buyer.

Article 3 — Orders

The customer selects the products of their choice, adds them to their cart, then confirms their order after checking its details, the total price and the delivery terms. The order is final only once payment has been confirmed. A confirmation email is sent to the customer at the address provided when placing the order.

Article 4 — Payment

Payment is made online, at the time of ordering, using the payment methods offered on the site. Transactions are secured by our payment provider, who alone has access to full banking details.

Article 5 — Delivery

Products are delivered to the address given by the customer when ordering, within the timeframes stated on the product page or at checkout. These timeframes are given for guidance only. In the event of a significant delay, the customer will be informed and may, where applicable, cancel their order under the conditions provided for by law.

Article 6 — Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the customer has 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to give a reason. Full details (procedure, return shipping costs, refund timeframe) are set out in our Return Policy.

Article 7 — Legal warranties

All products sold on the site benefit from the legal warranty of conformity (Articles L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the warranty against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code). In the event of non-conformity, the customer may contact the seller at Hemvistt@gmail.com to obtain repair, replacement or a refund of the product.

Article 8 — Liability

The seller cannot be held liable for failure to perform the contract in cases of force majeure, stock shortage, fault on the part of the customer, or an unforeseeable and insurmountable act of a third party.

Article 9 — Personal data

Personal data collected when placing an order is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Article 10 — Intellectual property

All elements of the site (text, images, logos) are protected by intellectual property law. Any unauthorised reproduction is prohibited.

Article 11 — Consumer mediation

In accordance with Articles L616-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, if a dispute is not resolved directly with our customer service, the consumer may refer the matter free of charge to the following consumer mediator:

Article 12 — Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable resolution, the French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
